A cornerstone of financial planning is the recognition that everyone’s economic and life situation is unique. Personalized service is essential when matching clients with the right financial products and services.

A commitment to professionalism and the cooperative development of unique, personal goals forms the foundation of any strong financial plan.

A financial plan must reflect the stage of life its owner is in: whether purchasing a first home, financing a child’s college education or planning for retirement. A plan must reflect its owner’s personal or business situation, and highlight those financial products that best fit it. A custom-tailored financial plan must also be continually reviewed to measure its achievements against stated aims, and ensure the owner is comfortable everything is moving forward according to plan.

If you ever have questions about your plan or about specific financial products, contact me. We will set up a time to meet to review your needs and address any questions you may have. Contact me today.

Jerry "JK" Kendall

Financial Advisor
303-414-0302

At Tillman Financial, JK believes that good financial planning starts with understanding the person, not just the numbers. He takes the time to learn what is happening in each client’s life, what matters most to them, and what they hope to accomplish for themselves and their families. From there, he brings together the personal and financial sides of the equation to help clients make thoughtful, informed decisions.

A key part of JK’s approach is asking the questions clients may not think to ask themselves. By looking for potential gaps, challenges, and opportunities, he helps clients consider the things they may not know they need to consider. His goal is to provide perspective, drawing on the collective experience of working with many different clients and situations, while recognizing that every person’s circumstances and priorities are unique.

JK also brings a distinctive background in commercial real estate to his work at Tillman Financial. His experience with multifamily real estate has given him firsthand knowledge of deal structures, debt, cash flow, and the many considerations that come with owning and investing in real estate.

At the heart of his work, JK enjoys helping good people; people who want to do better, care deeply about their families, and want to be thoughtful about the legacy they leave behind. He believes that financial planning is ultimately about much more than money; it is about helping people use their resources in a way that supports the life, family, and future that matter most to them.

Outside the office, JK spends his free time driving kids to football practice, driving kids to tennis matches, and purusing the aisles of Costco with his wife. He is an accomplished amateur rally racer, participating in events like Rally Colorado.
